Equipment Available on Permanent Loan:
Some items of assistive equipment are obtainable through your local Social Services. Which items are supplied will depend on local policy and criteria, and may involve an assessment visit to your home.
Hi Kent works in partnership with Kent County Council and Medway Council Social Services to offer assessment or referral for the provision of equipment to people living within the authorities' areas.
