Well-Being Walks

Come and join us for a walk along the seafront, across the countryside, or exploring parts of Kent that you haven't visited before.

Fresh air and exercise are great for physical, mental and emotional health. Being among deaf aware people makes the whole experience a positive one... unless the great British weather comes into play...

Register to join us on any of our planned 2024 walks by calling 01622 691151 or emailing enquiries@hikent.org.uk
