If your aids were prescribed by the Medway group of hospitals (Medway, Gravesend, Darent Valley & Sittingbourne) we are restricted on how we can help but can usually re-tube into hearing aid moulds and provide batteries.
For aids prescribed in the EKHUFT area (hospitals in the east of the county), Specsavers has now taken over this provision and you will be notified of your options by them. Specsavers can be contacted on 0800 633 5179.
