If your aids were prescribed by the Medway group of hospitals (Medway, Gravesend, Darent Valley & Sittingbourne) or aids provided in the EKHUFT area (hospitals in the east of the county) we are restricted on how we can help but can usually re-tube into hearing aid moulds and provide batteries.
