We can help with different apps that have been found to be useful for people with hearing loss and Bluetooth connectivity. We can help you if you are having trouble pairing your Bluetooth hearing aids to your mobile phone and downloading the App to control your aids.

We can also help with the setting up of traditional assistive equipment and how to use it including assistance with using amplified telephones with the new BT Digital Voice.

This support can be provided:
