Assessment Service

HI Kent, on behalf of KCC, provides a statutory assessment of needs to recommend equipment for you to use in your home. We will demonstrate various devices that meet your needs and advise whether these can be provided free of charge, or if you would need to purchase them.

Please be aware that assistive hearing equipment is designed to work with hearing aids, not to be a substitute for them. Unless you cannot wear hearing aids for a medical reason, we strongly recommend that you take a look at this information before starting the Assessment process.
